Terms of service

1. All sale are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer any return or exchange. However, if there is an issue with product please email or contact us within the first 3-5 days of receiving the product.

2. We do not offer any alterations on our ready to wear range. If you cannot find your size or if it’s sold out you can contact us on the number provided and we will help place the order for you.

3. All Prêt requires full payment along with necessary shipping & courier charges.

4. All sale is final sale. Once an order is placed confirmed via payment it is non refundable.. 

5. Shipment Tracking will be provided upon request on international and nationwide deliveries.

6. All Deliveries Nationwide & international are sent out using 3rd party courier services. Once the order has been collected by the courier company we do not take any responsibility in the case of any misplacement or delays.

7. Outfits are dispatched only after full payments has been received and confirmed by our team. We are not authorized to dispatch orders without the completion of payment.
